Gear Guide for daily Activities

This guide has been put together to help you to come prepared to each activity.

You'll need only some change cash for drinks and refreshments and please do not wear any valuable jewellery or watches.

Every activity
water (min.1.5 lt)
sun hat, sun glasses
sun cream, lip protection
small backpack

On cooler days and in the hills
warm clothes, fleece
wind or water proof jacket

Trekking
-Strong shoes with hard soles, preferably trekking boots
-Backpack, big enough to carry water, some food and extra clothing
-On some walks: swimsuits, towel, flip flops or sandals for the beach

Mountainbiking
-Sport shoes, light clothing, shorts and t-shirts

 

Water based activities
-swimsuits
-towel
-change of clothes and shoes

Sea Kayaking
-Swimming shoes are best, sandals and trainers are fine too

Canyoning
-Shoes which can get wet (strong trainers or boots, no sandals please!)
